I recently wrote this poem for children. It has a message for all of us in it.
God Made Us All
 Cats can’t talk, but they ‘meow.’Cows can’t sing; they don’t know how. Dogs can’t cook, but they can eat. Birds can’t read. They’d rather ‘tweet.’ Whales can’t walk, but they can swim. Frogs can’t walk; it’s hops for them. God made them all to be themselves And not to be somebody else. He did the same for you and me. He made us special, don’t you see? And isn’t that so great to know, How much He loves His creatures so? |
